UGA Extension Specialists will be hosting Utilizing Precision Ag Technology Workshops

UGA Extension Specialists will be hosting Utilizing Precision Ag Technology Workshops in Statesboro on March 29 at Ogeechee Technical College and in Albany on March 31 at Merry Acres Inn from 9 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Speakers from UGA, Clemson, University of Kentucky, University of Tennessee and Quail Forever will be covering the topics of Precision Planting, Precision Soil mapping and Soil Sampling, Sustainability, and Economics and Decision Making for Precision Agriculture technologies. The registration is free to all, and lunch is provided at the event. The deadline for registration is March 18. Pesticide Credits and CCA credits will be given to producers who participate in these events.
